Quality Promise

Looking after our customers is our number one priority; therefore, we personally check and process all orders carefully before posting the order. All orders are sent in appropriate packaging to prevent our valued customers from receiving any faulty goods.

Due to high demands there may be times where some items are out of stock. If a customer orders an item that is out of stock item Paisley Designs will inform the customer via email. In such instances Paisley Designs will either:

·         Deliver this item when it is back in stock and send notification of the new expected date of delivery.

·         Offer alternative items of the same value or more (if the new ordered item is dearer customers will be expected to pay the difference)

·         Offer customers a refund for the out of stock item. 

 

Order Processing

Orders received during Monday to Friday, where possible, will be processed within 3 working days on receipt of cleared payment.

Orders received after midday on Friday, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed from the next available working day.

Although all deliveries are sent first class, we advise all customers to order early, especially at peak times and popular festivals to avoid disappointment of late deliveries or out of stock items that are in high demand. Paisley Designs are not liable for delays that are beyond our control such as longer postal delivery times set by Royal mail or delayed payments from the bank.

**Due to recent Royal Mail postal problems Paisley Designs cannot take responsibility for any lost orders through the post. 

A signature is required on delivery for all orders that are over £8.99. All customers are advised to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the order at the address given at the point of ordering. Paisley Designs cannot take responsibility for orders that are not delivered or have been returned due to non-delivery. If you do not receive your order it is the customers responsibility to report this to notify Paisley Designs within 14 days of making payment, otherwise it is deemed to have been delivered. 

If a parcel is returned to Paisley Designs as a result of non delivery, because it has not been accepted or a customer fails to make arrangements for re-delivery, a £15 charge will be levied to the customer to cover admin and return charges plus the cost of redelivering the order. 

Delivery Details

Paisley Designs offers a unique service which gives the customer the option to have their order delivered directly to the recipient of the goods ordered. If the customer chooses to use this service, the customer must contact Paisley Designs via email with the delivery address and any special instructions such as the message to be written inside the greeting cards. A contact telephone number of the customer placing the order is also required. 

Overseas Delivery

All overseas deliveries outside of the UK are welcome. Please get in contact with us via telephone or email for a delivery quote as shipping costs will vary according to the country. 

 

Returns, Breakages or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers may cancel orders within 7 days from when the order was placed. Paisley Designs requires the request for the cancellation to be made in writing to the following email:sales@paisley-designs.com. Customers are also able to return unwanted goods within 7 days from receiving the goods. All returned goods must be returned in the original state in which they were received. Paisley Designs cannot take responsibility or accept liability for breakages or goods that are damaged in transit or through delivery. In accordance with the Distance Selling Act If a customer fails to make their claim within the 7 day period, it is not required for Paisley Designs to refund, exchange or provide credit for the goods ordered.
